The password you chose when you set up your account. Your password manager can fill it in.
Open the authenticator app on your phone and enter the 6 numbers it shows for Cairn.
What is the code from my authenticator app?

When you set up your account, you added Cairn to an authenticator app on your phone. The app shows a new 6-digit code for Cairn every 30 seconds. Open the app and type the code you see now.

This second step means nobody can get into Cairn with your password alone, even if they guess it.

Forgotten your password or lost your phone?

Ask the coordinator who runs Cairn for your organisation. They and a trustee can send you a new set-up link, where you choose a new password and add Cairn to your authenticator app again.

If you have lost your phone, tell them straight away, even if you are not sure. Nothing you have saved in Cairn is lost.

After 5 wrong tries, Cairn waits 15 minutes before you can try again.
